根据当前地方本科高校办学特征和教师工程技术能力现状,提出"顶层设计、重点突出、协同培养、信息支持、评价促进"的培养理念,制订"导师引领、知识培训、实践提升、考核激励"的培养措施,辅以软硬兼备的保障措施对现有培养体系进行完善和支撑,切实培养和全面提升教师工程技术能力。

according to the current situation of local universities in characteristics and teacher technical ability,put forward the "top-level design,focused,collaborative culture,information support and evaluation to promote the" training concept,formulate measures of training guide,knowledge training,practice promotion,assessment and incentive measures ",with both hard and soft and perfect support for the existing training system,and improving teachers' ability to cultivate engineering technology.
