对新疆师大物理专业“十三五”学科建设及人才培养的几点思考

Reflections on the Discipline Construction and Personnel Training of Physics Major in Xinjiang Normal University

为了更加有效地开展和落实"十三五"新疆师大物理学科建设各项工作,适应新疆地方经济社会和科技发展需要,本研究课题对新疆师大物电学院"十二五"期间学科建设及人才培养情况进行调研和总结,梳理了学科专业建设中存在的主要问题,为更好的落实"十三五"物理学科专业发展规划,有效提高人才培养质量,对新疆师大物理专业今后的学科建设及人才培养的提出了几点建议。

In order to more effectively carry out and implement the construction work of the physics discipline of Xinjiang normal university in "13th Five-Year",adapting to the local economic and social development of Xinjiang,the discipline construction and personnel training of the college of physics and electronic engineeringof Xinjiang normal university are researched and summarized in "12th Five-Year".Carding the existing main problemsin the construction of disciplines,for better implementation of the physical discipline professional planning in "13th Five-Year",to improve the quality of personnel training,some suggestions are put forward in discipline construction and personnel training of physics major in Xinjiang normal university.
