摘要 本文通过问卷调查法、访谈法,调查了解幼儿教师撰写论文的现状,反思写论文对幼儿教师专业发展的真正价值。写论文和发表论文普遍成为幼儿教师的一种压力,影响幼儿教师撰写和发表论文的主要因素包括工作繁琐缺乏思考时间、自身科研基础薄弱、缺乏专业人士指导等。建议准确定位论文,发挥论文应有的价值;调整幼儿教师的考核标准;加强幼儿教师科研方法和写作方面的培训。 This article through the questionnaire survey method,the interview method,investigation and understanding of the current situation of kindergarten teachers writing papers,reflection on the real value of the professional development of kindergarten teachers.Writing papers and published papers generally become a pressure of preschool teachers,the main factors affecting the writing and published papers of preschool teachers including the tedious work of the lack of time to think,the scientific research foundation is weak,the lack of professional guidance and advice.The accurate positioning,play the proper value;adjustment of Preschool teachers'assessment standards;to strengthen the research of preschool teacher method and writing training.
