临床实习是医学教育的重要阶段,开展实习前强化训练是临床实习的需要,是缓解临床医疗、教学、患者矛盾的需要,是提高医学生综合职业素质的需要。本文分析了强化训练的必要性后,对其具体实践进行了相关阐述,以期通过强化训练,加快医学生向医务人员的转变,使其更快更好的适应医院实习,进一步提高临床实习质量。

clinical practice is an important stage of medical education,to carry out intensive training before practice is the need of clinical practice,is to alleviate the need of patients with the clinical medical treatment,teaching,contradiction,is the need of improving medical students' comprehensive professional quality. In this paper,after analysis of the necessity of strengthening training,related elaborated on its concrete practice,In order to strengthen the through training,to speed up the medical students to the transition of the medical staff,to make it better and faster to adapt to the hospital practice,further improve the quality of clinical practice.
