摘要
为了更好地管理医学影像专业,更有效地促进医学影像专业全体学生共同进步,针对南京医科大学医学影像专业少数民族学生的学习和生活状况作了调查研究,了解影像专业少数民族学生的困难和需求,经分析,认为配备兼职班主任,并学习他们的文化、区别而平等对待、因材施教,才能帮助他们进步和发展。
In order to better manage medical imaging specialty and more effectively promote common progress of all students in medical imaging specialty,we investigate students' learning and living conditions who come from ethnic minorities and major in medical image in Nanjing Medical University,and understand their difficulties and needs. The analysis shows that to equip with a part-time teacher in charge,learn their culture,treat themdiscriminatively and equally and teach themin accordance with their aptitude can help their progress and development.
