目前我国高校按学科大类招生和培养已经成为一种发展趋势,它改变了原有的招生模式和教学模式,对改变人才培养模式具有积极的作用和意义。本文阐述了大类招生和培养的内涵,并结合地方综合性高校的实际情况,论述了化学学科按大类招生的人才培养模式和途径,讨论了大类招生对促进化学学科人才培养模式改革和提高人才培养质量的作用和意义。

At present,enrollment and training according to the discipline classification has become a development trend in our national colleges and universities,it changed the original enrollment mode and teaching mode,and it is a positive role and significance to change the talent training mode.This paper expounds the connotation of enrollment and training according to the discipline classification,and discusses the talent training mode and way of the chemistry discipline classification enrollment combined with the actual situation of the local colleges and universities,discuss the role and significance of discipline classification enrollment to promote the reform of chemistry discipline talent training mode and improve the quality of talent training.
