The comprehensive,diversified management means decide the objectivity and accuracy of the monitoring results.Total quality management is a kind of management thought and theory in modern education management.This paper bases on the need of practice teaching in the clinical medical specialty,by analyzing the application of the total quality Control in inclinical practice teaching management,puts forward the construction of clinical medical specialty practice teaching quality monitoring systemto improve the quality of practice teaching of clinical medicine specialty.
