论高等职业教育中的创新思想与能力培养

Discussion of Innovative Ideological Education in Advanced Vocational Education

针对高等职业教育学生特点、课程特点,对职业类学生的学习能力培养提出了创新性教育建议,认为创新无处不在,职业教育不能形成僵化的培养方式,它同样需要促进学生独立思考,提高发现问题、解决问题的能力,这需要在教学实践中突出创新能力教育。该建议有利于提高学生在工作中的创新能力。

The characteristics of students for vocational education school,the learning ability of vocational students are discussed and the innovation education is suggested. It is considered that innovation is everywhere,the vocational education can't form rigid training methods,it also needs to promote the students to think independently,improve the ability to discovery and solve problems,which requires outstanding education of innovation ability in the teaching practice.It is beneficial to improve the students' ability to innovate in the work process.
