基于职业教育专业特点对现代学徒制的可行性探索——以成都农业科技职业学院种子生产与经营专业为依托

The Feasibility Study of Modern Apprenticeship Based on the Characteristics of Vocational Education—Based on the Seed Production and Management of Chengdu Agricultural College

在教育部的推动之下,"现代学徒制"正在积极探索中。作为较早探索"现代学徒制"的学校之一,成都农业科技职业学院种子生产与经营专业在实践中实施和制定培养目标、探索培养模式、构建具有现代学徒制特点的课程体系及加强"师傅"的选拔培养等策略,经过两年的实践,取得了初步成绩,为现代学徒制的深入实施奠定了初步的理论基础。

Under the promotion of the ministry of education,the modern apprenticeship system is actively exploring.As one of the earliest schools which explore the modern apprenticeship system,the Seed Production and Management of Chengdu Agricultural College implements and develops training objectivesin practice,explores the training mode,constructs curriculum system with features of modern apprenticeship,strengthens the "master" of the selection and training and so on.After two years of practice,our college which lays a preliminary theoretical basis for the further implementation of the modern apprenticeship systemhas achieved initial results.
