高校外籍师生突发事件管理研究述评

Review of Emergency Management of International Teachers and Students in Colleges and Universities

目前我国大学的国际化水平不断推进,高校的外籍师生人数与日俱增。研究高校外籍师生突发事件管理,无论在实践上还是在理论上都有重要的现实意义。本文通过对相关文献的整理和分析,对高校外籍师生突发事件的基本概念、理论基础、实践、成因、类型、原则、策略以及管理机制等方面进行综述和简评,以期厘清目前高校外籍师生突发事件管理研究的现状。

As China's colleges and universities are promoting the strategy of internationalization,the number of International students and international teachers has been increasing continuously. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the emergency management of international teachers and students in colleges and universities. On the basis of a thorough literature review,this paper studies the emergency management from aspects including the concepts,theoretical basis,practices,causes,types,principles,strategies and management mechanism,in order to clarify the status quo of emergency management of international teachers and students in Chinese colleges and universities.
