新时期,大学生党员的党建工作有着新的机遇和挑战,在以新媒体为主的"微时代"到来后,党员的教育、管理和服务都比以往的工作更加复杂。随着信息网络技术的不断发展和进步,传统党建就必须和网络党建互相教育,把信息网络技术融入到传统党建之中成为了必然趋势。本文从"微时代"的角度出发,努力寻求网络视野下的大学生党员教育、管理、服务机制研究,找到存在的问题,努力做好大学生党建工作。

After the arrival of our new era called "MicroAge" in which the new media plays an leading role,there are new challenges and opportunities to carry out the work of the establishment of party members in university;besides,it is more difficult to develop the job of the education,management and service systems of party members in university than before.With the increasing development and progress of information and net technology,it is necessary to combine the traditional establishment of the Party with the cyber establishment of the Party;in other words,it is essential to integrate the technology of information and Internet into the traditional establishment of the Party.This essay tries to explore the problems of the education,management and service systems of party members in university from the angle of "MicroAge"so as to do a better job of the establishment of the Party in university.
