内部治理结构是现代大学制度建设的重要内容,涉及大学内部党委权力、行政权力、学术权力等多元利益主体。完善内部治理结构,需从制度体系、管理机构、环境设施等多方面着手,确保党委领导地位、行政执行地位、学术核心地位和民主基本地位,推动治理能力和治理体系现代化。

The internal governance structure of colleges and universities is an important part of modern university system,including the political power,the administrative power,the academic power and so on. To improve the internal governance structure and ensure the leadership of the Party,the executive position of the administrations,the core position of the academic power and the basic position of the democratic power,we need to improve our institutional system,the administrations and infrastructures and so on.
