摘要
本文从积极心理学的视角探索大学生心理健康教育模式。分为三个部分,首先介绍了积极心理学的概念、诞生背景和主要观点。然后简要回顾了我国大学生心理健康教育的历史,并从积极心理学的角度分析了当前大学生心理健康教育工作存在的问题。最后,从积极心理学视角出发,对大学生心理健康教育的模式提出设想。
This paper attempts to explore the mode of college students' mental health education in the perspective of positive psychology. This paper includes three parts. First,it introduces the conception,background of generate and major viewpoint of positive psychology. Second,it briefly recalls the history of Chinese college students' mental health education,and then analyzes the problem of contemporary college students' mental health education from the point of view of positive psychology. Last,it puts forward the idea on the mode of college students' mental health education in the perspective of positive psychology.
