Talk Again about the Cultivation of Compound Applied Talents in Chinese Language and Literature Major

摒弃单一的学术型人才培养模式,面向社会培养复合应用型人才是地方院校,特别是独立学院的汉语言文学专业未来的发展方向和决胜之道。结合院校自身的综合实力,明确务实清晰的人才培养目标,减少专业理论课程,增加跨专业基础知识,加大实习实训力度,大力发展双师型教师结构,大胆改革教师考核和学生考评机制,充分借用社会资源和力量,是实现汉语言文学专业转型和长远发展的重要途径。

Instead of the single academic talents training mode,cultivating the compound applied talents for society is the major development direction and the way of runoff for the Chinese language and literature major of the local colleges and universities,especially of the independent colleges in the future. Combined with the comprehensive strength of colleges and universities,clearing practical talents training target,reducing the professional theory course,increasing cross major basic knowledge,increasing the intensity of practice,developing the double structure of teachers,reforming the evaluation mechanism about the teachers and students,making full use of social resources and power,is the important way to realize the transformation and long-termdevelopment of Chinese language and literature major.
