当前,电信诈骗犯罪十分猖獗,诈骗手段升级加快,以至于有大学生因为受骗而猝死的悲剧产生。很明显,开展学校的预防电信诈骗的教育,增强学生自我保护意识,提高自我防范能力,有利于减少电信诈骗案件的发生。

At present,telecommunications fraud is rampant,fraud means that college students because of speed up the upgrading,deceived the tragic and sudden death. Obviously,the prevention of telecommunications fraud of school education,enhance students' awareness of self-protection,improve the self-protection ability,help to reduce telecommunications fraud cases.
