国外研究生培养模式对我国学术型研究生培养的启示

从招生录取、课程设置、导师制度和学生考核等方面分析探讨了德国、美国和日本等国家成熟的研究生培养模式,提出我国学术型研究生培养模式的改革方向。通过改革招生录取制度、优化课程设置、完善导师制度、营造宽松科研环境和改革研究生考核制度等方面来提高学术型研究生的培养质量。

This paper analyzed the natural postgraduate training mode of Germany,United States and Japan from the aspects of admissions,curriculum,tutor systemand student assessment,and put forward the reformdirection of the training mode of the academic postgraduate in China. Through the reform of enrollment system,curriculum,improving the tutorial system,creating a relaxed scientific research environment and the reform of assessment system,we can improve the training quality of academic postgraduate.
