基于SWOT理论视角的文科大学生创新创业的影响因素和策略研究

Study on the Influencing Factors and Strategies of Liberal Arts College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Based on SWOT Theory

创新创业是目前大学生面临就业难问题的择业新途径。本文利用SWOT理论针对文科类大学生群体的特殊性,从政府扶持政策、高校创业教育和学生创业认识与意向三个方向展开分析其影响因素,并分别从自身、高校、国家政策三个方面提出改进策略,实现三者的有效联动,建构完善的创业促进机制,为文科类大学生更好地创新创业提供参考。

Innovation and entrepreneurship is a new way for college students to face the problem of employment.The particularity of this article uses the SWOT theory for liberal arts students,from government support policy,entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship students understanding and intention three dimensions to analyze its influencing factors,and respectively fromtheir own universities and national policy three aspects put forward the improvement strategy,to achieve effective interaction between the three,the construction of entrepreneurship the promotion mechanism,provide a reference for the liberal arts students to innovation and entrepreneurship.
