应用型电子商务复合型人才培养方式研究

A Research on the Applied E-Commerce Talent-Cultivation Mode

随着电子商务浪潮席卷全球,电子商务专业教育在我国高校迅速发展起来,但仍处于探索阶段,如何开展电子商务专业建设,培养优秀的电子商务专业人才,仍存在着争议。本文对电子商务专业毕业生的发展现状进行调研,通过发放问卷的形式对毕业生的职业发展现状、个人能力与品质、毕业生对专业人才培养工作的评价进行分析,为完善电子商务教育提出意见和建议。

With the development of e-commerce worldwide,the e-commerce education has developed rapids across universities. However,there is still limited understanding of how to construct the major of e-commerce. This study use surveys to investigate the situation about graduates,in terms of capability,career development,and their suggestions about e-commerce education,which provide useful guidance for improving e-commerce education.
