摘要
创新型人力资源管理人才培训涉及人力资源管理创新的根本。本文基于创新、默会、培训相容的角度,对于其培训模式,运用可拓学逻辑进行了新的探讨。在兼顾管理理论的科学性与管理实践的技术性的同时,也在回归实际人力资源管理创新过程中,使得创新型人力资源管理人才的培训切实可行。
Innovative personnel training of human resource management involves innovation foundation of human resource management. Based on compatibility of tacit knowledge,innovation and training,this paper has a new discussion on the training pattern by making use of the logic of Extension. Considering the scientifically of management theory and the technicality of management practice,this paper returns to the innovative process of human resource management to make innovative personnel training of human resource management feasible.
