摘要
目的:提高见习学生儿科病历书写水平。方法:将多种教学方法综合应用包括:(1)说明病历书写的重要性,提高学生对病例书写的重视程度。(2)提高问诊水平:讲授儿科病历书写小课;对教师扮演的标准化病人对儿科常见症状进行问诊。(3)提高体格检查水平:按教师进行体检示教,学生分组互相检查,体检正常儿童到体检患病儿童的顺序进行。(4)提高诊治综合能力:床边示教典型病例,多次病例讨论。(5)制订统一的病历书写评分标准,及时进行病历修改与讲评。(6)注意人文关怀。结果:见习学生对儿科病历书写好评度达95%,较去年同期相比,见习学生病历书写成绩明显提高。结论:多种教学方法综合应用切实提高见习学生儿科病历的书写水平。
Objective:To improve paediatrics medical record writing quality of novitiate medical students. Methods:Multiple methods was used including:(1)explained the importance of medical record writing;(2)to improve the interrogation level:teached a lecture of medical record writing;inquired standardized patient(SP) played by teachers. (3)to improve the physical examination level:teaching by teachers;then practiced PE in students themselves in groups;practiced PE in normal children;at last did PE in patients. (4) to improve the diagnostic and treatment level teaching classic patients besides their beds;organized cases discussion. (5) Establish uniformgrade standards to medical record writing;made comments in times. (6) Strength humanistic care. Results:The favorable rate of medical record writing evaluated by novitiate students is high to 95%. Their scores were higher than that last year. Conclusion:Multiple methods above can improve the quality of novitiate medical record writing scores.
