高职院校公选课助推复合型创新人才培养的策略研究--以成都农业科技职业学院为例

Study on Strategy of Innovative Talents Elective Boost Composite Training in Higher Vocational Colleges--Taking Chengdu Agricultural Science and Technology Career Academy as an Example

高职院校复合型创新人才培养是贯彻实施现代职业教育体系建设和深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的内在要求。本文以成都农业科技职业学院为例,分析了公选课对复合型创新人才培养的作用和意义,并从公选课建设和管理角度提出了公选课助推复合型创新人才培养的策略。

Innovative talents training in higher vocational colleges is the implementation of the system construction of modern occupation education and the inherent requirements of colleges and universities entrepreneurship education reform. This paper takes Chengdu agricultural science and technology of Career Academy as an example,analyzes the role and significance of public elective courses to cultivate innovative talents,and elective courses to boost composite innovative talents cultivating strategy presented from the perspective of the construction and management of public elective courses.
