摘要
"从茶叶中提取咖啡因"是有机化学基础实验之一。咖啡因产量的高低除了跟原料有关外,还跟学生的实验操作细节有关。该文总结了该实验中影响咖啡因产量的主要因素,并指出只有在实验操作中注意到每一个细节,才能取得良好的实验效果。
"The Extraction of Caffeine From the Tea" is one of organic chemistry basic experiments. The yield of Caffeine was related to raw material,but also to the experimental operation details of students. The article summed up the main factors about influencing the yield of Caffeine in the experiment,and pointed that good experiment result could be obtained,only we paid attention to every detail in the experimental operation.
