The Selection of the Path to Overall Deepening of Economic System Reform under the New Economic Situations

改革开放30多年来,我国经济发展取得了巨大的成就,但目前经济依旧处于增长速度换挡期,结构调整阵痛期,前期刺激政策消化期。三期叠加的情况下出现了一系列社会阶段性矛盾问题,经济步入新常态。面对这些严峻的挑战,我们应该全面深化经济体制改革:贯彻我国基本经济制度,深化国有企业改革;运用国家宏观调控,充分发挥市场作用;实施创新驱动发展战略,鼓励大众创业万众创新;提高对外开放水平,实施"一带一路"战略,实现中国梦,使中国特色社会主义市场经济持续健康地发展。

Great achievements have been made in China's economic development in the past 30 years since Reform and Opening-up. But currently China's economy is still at the stages of slowing down in its growth, the throes of restructuring, and the digestion of pre-stimulating policies. With the three stages putting together, there appear a series of social problems and the economy enters new situations. Faced with these serious challenges, we must deepen the overall reform of economic system: implementing China's basic economic system, deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises, using the state's macroscopic adjustments to give full play to the function of the market,implementing innovative strategies for development to encourage people to start their own business and make innovations, enhancing the level of opening to the outside world to carry out'One Belt One Road'initiative to realize the Chinese Dream so as to make Chinese socialist market economy achieve a sustainable and healthy development.
