摘要
青年教师的教学能力关系到高等教育整体教学质量,提升青年教师教学能力是高校新形势下的迫切任务。本文分析了青年教师教学能力发展的现状,提出了青年教师"助讲制"培养模式设计和实施方式,并以杭州师范大学实施为例,对青年教师"助讲制"培养模式实施成效进行了分析。
The teaching ability of young teachers is related to the teaching quality of higher education,and it is an urgent task to improve the teaching ability of young teachers. This paper analyzes the current situation of the teaching ability of young teachers,proposes the design and implementation of the training mode of teaching assistant system for young teachers in universities. In this paper,the effect of the implementation of the training mode of teaching assistant system for young teachers in Hangzhou Normal University is analyzed.
