摘要
"卓越工程师"培养计划强调实践教学培养,工程教育专业认证倡导人才培养模式以产出为导向。本文依托同济大学2012级交通工程专业本科生实践教学效果的调查数据,同时考虑了学校的培养期望和学生的实际培养能力自评结果,建立实践教学活动的效果评价模型,对实践教学活动的能力培养达成进行了量化分析,能够对学校实践教学活动培养的有效性进行评价,并对实践教学活动的活动内容、实践教学能力培养重要度提出明确调整方向和建议。
The Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers (PETOE) emphasizes on practical teaching.Accredited engineering programms advocates that corresponding training mode should be leaded by outcome. Based on the survey data for the practical training on traffic engineering undergraduates of grade 2012,this paper takes both training expectation from school and self-assessment of actual training effect from students into account,thus to build an evaluation model for practical teaching activities. The model can evaluate the effectiveness of training in practical teaching activities. Moreover,it comes up with explicit adjustment direction and suggestion for ability training objective as well as content of practical activity.
