摘要
本文从我国股权众筹的发展现状及存在问题分析出发,在借鉴境外成熟市场监管体系基础上,提出相关完善建议。
The current development status of our country from the public to raise equity and analysis of the existing problems,in reference to overseas mature market supervision systembasis,put forward relevant suggestions.
