基于工程中心科研资源的高校学生创新实践能力培养模式研究

Research on the Cultivation Mode of Innovative and Practical Ability of College Students Based on Engineering Research Center Science Research Resources

随着全球经济一体化进程的加速,世界各国对人力资源的竞争也日益激烈。为了适应当前社会的需求,各国高校在人才培养模式和理念也在逐步地由以"学历"为主向以"能力"为主过渡。本文结合国外高校的人才培养经验和我国高校的教育培养现状,提出基于工程中心科研资源的高校学生创新实践能力培养模式。

With the acceleration of the global economic integration process,the world's human resources are inc reasingly fierce competition. In order to adapt to the needs of the current society,universities and colleges in the talent training model and philosophy are gradually fromthe "academic" to the "ability" as the main transition. Based on the experience of talent training in foreign universities and the current situation of education in China,this paper puts forward the cultivation mode of innovative practice ability of college students based on research center of engineering center.
