摘要
提高教学质量和人才培养质量是高校永恒的主题,教学督导作为教学质量保障体系中不可或缺的部分,凸显越来越重要的地位和作用。本文以西南科技大学教学督导微观层面为切入点,剖析教学督导存在的问题,并提出更具针对性、可操作性的改进思路。
To improve the teaching quality and the quality of talents training is the eternal theme of the University,teaching supervision as an integral part of the teaching quality assurance system,highlights the growing importance of the status. In this paper,the micro level of teaching supervision in Southwest University of Science and Technology as the breakthrough point,analysis of the problems in it,and put forward a more targeted and operable improvement ideas.
