现代学徒制是将传统的学徒培训与现代学校学历教育思想相结合的一种企业与学校合作的职业教育制度,是职业教育服务于产业发展的最佳途径之一。我院举办了机电一体化技术专业现代学徒制的"志和机电班"。该班通过人才培养模式改革、校企二元合作机制构建等,进一步提升了本专业学生服务产业与企业的能力。
