Exploration of Diversified Talents Training Mode in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering

在分析现阶段能源与动力工程专业人才培养存在问题的基础上,以中国石油大学(华东)能源与动力工程专业人才培养模式为例,介绍了热能与动力工程多元化人才培养目标定位、顶层设计原则及总体思路,并实现了多元化培养模式与专业方向的统一。

On the basis of analyzing the problems of the talent cultivation at the present stage in energy and power engineering, taking the talent cultivation model of thermal energy and power engineering in China University of Petroleum (East China) as an example, this paper introduces the target orientation, the top level design principles and the general idea of the diversified talents training of the thermal energy and power engineering and realizes the unity of the diversified training mode and professional direction.
