摘要
为了探讨教师师幼互动质量观念对班级师幼互动质量的影响,采用多层抽样的方式选取了浙江、湖南两省的96个幼儿园,177个班级,177名教师进行教师师幼互动质量观念问卷调查和班级师幼互动质量的观察评定。结果显示:教师对班级师幼互动的重视程度对班级师幼互动质量存在显著影响。有效加强教师对师幼互动的重视程度是班级师幼互动质量提升的关键。
In order to explore the concept of teacher-children interaction quality on the quality of the teacher-children interaction,choosing 96 kindergartens,177 classes,177 teachers from Zhejiang and Hunan provinces with the method of multiple sampling,the teachers are surveyed and observed with the questionnaire on the concept of teacher-children interaction quality and the scale on the quality of the teacher-children interaction. Results show that the level of teachers' attention to the teacher-children interaction to the quality of the teacher-children interaction exists significant influence. That effectively strengthening the teachers' degree of attention to the teacher-children interaction is the key to the improvement of the quality of teacher-children interaction.
