摘要
现代学徒制是将传统学徒制与现代职业教育相融合,带有明显的"需求引导"特征,直接地体现了企业对劳动力的素质要求,是培养技术技能型人才的有效手段和途径。"双导师"是实施现代学徒制的主体,是现代学徒制实施是否取得成功的关键要素之一。本文以中山火炬职业技术学院印刷媒体技术专业"双导师"制实践为例,讨论如何校企融合,共同建设现代学徒制的"双导师制"。
The modern apprenticeship is the integration of the traditional apprenticeship and the modern occupation education,modern apprenticeship with obvious "demand led" feature,directly reflects the enterprise demand for labor quality,is the effective means and ways to cultivate technical talents. "Dual Teacher" is the main implementation of the modern apprenticeship that is modern apprenticeship is one of the key elements of success. This paper takes Zhongshan Torch Polytechnic printing media technology "double teacher" system as an example,discuss how to build school enterprise integration,modern apprenticeship "double tutor system".
