摘要
南京医科大学多次参与"全国临床技能大赛"并承办了第七届"临床技能竞赛"的华东赛区比赛。我们通过对此次大赛各参赛队的成绩分析,并结合既往的培训经验,探寻临床实践教学中的不足,希望借助技能竞赛这一手段,反思并改革教学模式,培养卓越医师。
Nanjing medical university has participate dinnational clinical skills competition form anytimes,and under taked the 7th clinical skills competition of east Chinadivision. By analyzing the performance of all teams in this competition and the previous training experience,we want to search for any shortfall in the clinical practice teaching,to reflect and reformteaching mode for cultivate excellent doctors through skills competition.
