摘要
审核评估涵盖了高校人才培养过程的各个环节,其核心是对人才培养目标与培养效果的实现状况进行评价。在这个背景下,本文从双主体互动式的实施方案、双主体互补式的优势结合、双主体渗透式的资源整合、双主体对接式的过程保障等四个方面对本科院校与高职院校联合培养的机制进行了研究,以期提升联合培养的效果和质量,推动联合培养逐步走向规范化和制度化。
The institutional audit covers all aspects of the process in university talents cultivation,the core of which is to evaluate the goal of personnel training and the effectiveness of the implementation. In this context,the article studied the interactive dual-subject implementation programs,the combination of dual-subject complementary advantages,the immersed dual-subject resource integration,the docked dual-subject process guarantee in co-cultivation of undergraduate colleges and higher vocational colleges,in order to improve the effect and quality of co-cultivation and promote the process of co-cultivation's standardization and institutionalization.
