民族地区职业教育经费保障机制研究——以广西为例

Study on Capital Assurance Mechanism of Vocational Education in Ethnic Region——Taking Guangxi as an Example

本文基于2009—2012年《中国教育经费统计年鉴》及《广西教育经费统计年鉴》中的统计数据,以广西壮族自治区为例,分析民族地区职业教育经费投入与支出情况,找出其中存在的问题。通过研究发现,广西职业教育经费存在教育经费总量不足、资金来源渠道较为单一、各省市间职业教育经费差距较大、生均学杂费数额较高导致学生及其家庭经济负担过重四个问题。本文对存在的问题进行了分析,并对民族地区职业教育经费保障机制的构建提出建议。

Based on 2009-2012 "Educational Funds Statistical Yearbook in China" and "Educational Funds Statistical Yearbook in Guangxi",this paper,taking Guangxi as an example,study on the current situation of vocational education investment and expenditure in ethnic region. The results show that there are several problems of education funds in Guangxi:educational investment of vocational education is insufficient;capital sources of educational funds are not diversified enough;there is much difference of educational investment among different regions;students of vocational schools and their families cannot afford expensive tuition and fees. According to the conclusion of analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions to build capital assurance mechanismof vocational education in ethnic region.
