基于职业精神养成的学生校内实践体系构建——以广州工程技术职业学院为例

从对高职教育的社会责任和对学生个体发展的人生责任出发,广州工程技术职业学院于"十二五"期间启动了全面的人才培养模式改革,将"获得融入职场的基本经验"纳入到人才培养的目标,并依此对校园管理、服务等资源进行职业化改造与创新,从而提高学生的职业能力,培养学生的职业素养。
