摘要
从对高职教育的社会责任和对学生个体发展的人生责任出发,广州工程技术职业学院于"十二五"期间启动了全面的人才培养模式改革,将"获得融入职场的基本经验"纳入到人才培养的目标,并依此对校园管理、服务等资源进行职业化改造与创新,从而提高学生的职业能力,培养学生的职业素养。
From the social responsibility of higher vocational education and the development of individual students life responsibility of Guangzhou Institute of Technology in 12th Five-Year launched a comprehensive talent training mode reform,the "basic experience" into the workplace into the training target,and so on campus management,improvement and innovation of service resources occupation and improve the students' occupation ability,to cultivate students' occupation quality.
