再生硒鼓异形件喷漆机械手分析

摘要 硒鼓再生时,需要先清理异形件表面,然后再喷漆,以保护和美化零件表面。从喷漆工艺的环境影响和工艺质量要求等方面入手不难发现,传统的喷漆工序和方法已不能满足目前的市场需求,而市场对异形件表面喷漆机械手的开发和应用十分迫切。以研究的喷漆机械手资料为基础,设计出一套再生硒鼓异形件喷漆分析方案。
