脱硫增压风机停运掺烧煤气锅炉运行探索与实践

摘要 增压风机作为锅炉烟气脱硫脱硝主要设备,它的安全稳定运行对锅炉正常产生较大影响,对钢铁行业自备电厂供热机组影响更大。为了降低增压风机故障给生产带来不可预测的风险,通过分析和试验,找出了解决问题的办法。针对马钢自备电厂运行特点,探讨了增压风机发生故障时,在大比例掺烧煤气锅炉中通过燃料切换来保持锅炉连续运行。 As major equipment in flue gas desulphurization system, the booster fan has great influence on the safe and stable operation of the boiler, especially for the heat supply unit of self-provided power plant in metallurgical industry. In order to reduce unpredictable risk of booster fan failure, we found out a way to solve the problem through analysis and test. According to the characteristics of the self-provided power plant of MaSteel, the paper discusses on the method to maintain boiler operation upon failure of the desulphurization booster fan by fuel switching over for the big proportion gas mixed burning boiler.
