摘要
某公司56000 m^3/h空分装置故障停车重新启运后以及短停结束开车后两次出现主换热器中部温差扩大现象,造成生产能力大幅下降。重点讨论主换热器中部温差扩大造成的影响及相应调整,分析了可能造成温差扩大的原因,提出了在不具备停车检修条件下维持生产的有效调整方法。
The 56000 m3/h air separator unit of a company had the problem of increasing temperature difference at the middle of the main heat exchanger for two times after restar tafter fault shutdown and restart after a short stop, resulting in significant reduction of production capacity. The effect of increasing temperature difference at the middle of the main heat exchanger and proper adjustment are mainly discussed, the causes of the increasing temperature difference are analyzed and effective adjustment method for maintaining production when there lacks the condition for shutdown repair is put forward.
