摘要
通过对抽取不同窑次、不同火位的湿法工艺生产制造的C130电瓷配方产品,制成了可供扫描电子显微镜观测用的样品,进行了瓷质微观的显微结构分析,并对稳定和发展电瓷产品性能进行了浅析和初探。
C130 electric ceramics were prepared by wet processing. Then samples from different firing periods and loading positions in the kiln were extracted for SEM observation. Based on the microstructure studies, the multiple relations among raw materials, batch formulation,forming process, firing, microstructure, and mechanical and electrical performance were established. In addition, primary explorations were made to stabilize and improve electric ceramic properties.
