摘要
为了保证激光器功率反馈控制的高精确参数要求,研究使用Tornambe控制器实现该要求。首先对激光器功率反馈进行简要分析,然后针对指标要求,引入Tornambe控制器并运用Simulink进行仿真研究。最后通过Simulink仿真结果进行对比,表明相对于比例积分微分(PID)控制,Tornambe控制器克服了PID控制器中结构参数变化时最优的控制参数需要动态整定问题,并使得激光器功率反馈控制的精度、抗干扰性和鲁棒性均有一定程度改善。
In order to satisfy the requirement of the high?precision parameter of the laser power feedback control,the Tornambe controller is used to realize this requirement. The laser power feedback is analyzed briefly. The Tornambe controller is in?troduced and the Simulink is used to perform the simulation research for the index requirement. The Simulink simulation resultsshow that,in comparison with the PID controller,the Tornambe controller has overcome the problem that the optimal control pa?rameter needs to adjust dynamically while the structure parameter is changed,and makes the precision,antiinterference and robustness of the laser power feedback control improve to some extent.
