学生网管与高校学生宿舍网络的维护管理研究

Research on student-network administrator and maintenance management of university dormitory network

高校学生宿舍网络普遍具有用户密度大、上网时间集中、并发在线用户量多、维修量大、维护时间受限等特点,是高校网络维护管理工作中的重点和难点。文章阐述了大学生参与学生宿舍网络管理的必要性以及学生网络管理员培养方案。实践证明,实施该方案完全可以有效解决人员不足、维护不及时等问题,显著地提高了网络运维质量与用户的满意度。

University students’ dormitory network has many characteristics such as high user density, centralized online time, large amount of online users, large amount of maintenance, limited maintenance time, which is the key and difficult point in network maintenance and management in colleges and universities.This paper expounds the necessity of college students’ participation in the network management of students’ dormitory and the training scheme of network administrators. And the practice has proved that implementation of the program can effectively solve the problems of insufficient personnel, not timely maintenance, which significantly improves the quality of network operation and maintenance and customer satisfaction.
