摘要
文章以直流稳流电源变换电路为核心,采用LT1170芯片构成前端升压电路,将电池的电能转换成为恒流输出;以光电耦合电路及差分放大器电路构成电流反馈控制系统,来调节电路中电流,以达到稳流效果。系统采用STM32单片机对电流进行采样,通过人机交互界面完成参数设置,设定相应的电流档位,在LCD上实时显示测量结果。
This work takes stabilized DC power conversion circuit as the core, using LT1170 chip to construct front-end boost circuit and the electrical energy of the battery is converted into constant current to output; the current feedback control system composed of photoelectric coupling circuit and differential amplifier circuit is used to adjust the current in the circuit, to achieve steady flow effect. The system uses STM32 microcontroller for current sampling, through man-machine interface to complete the parameter settings, and sets the corresponding current stalls to real-time display measurement results on LCD.
