格列美脲联合胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病的价值分析

Value analysis of glimepiride combined with insulin in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨格列美脲联合胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病的价值。方法:收治老年2型糖尿病患者300例,分为两组。对照组给予胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予格列美脲治疗,比较两组疗效、不良反应发生率、血糖水平恢复正常时间。结果:观察组不良反应发生率2.00%、血糖水平恢复正常时间(15.58±2.56)d,优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率94.67%,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:格列美脲联合胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病的疗效显著,不良反应较小。

Objective:To investigate the value of glimepiride combined with insulin in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:300 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with insulin,and the observation group was treated with glimepiride based on the control group.The curative effect,incidence of adverse reaction,the time of blood glucose levels returning to normal between groups were compared.Results:The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was 2.00%,and the time of blood glucose levels returning to normal was (15.58±2.56)d,which were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.67% ,which was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Glimepiride combined with insulin in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus had significant curative effect and less adverse reactions.
