甲氨蝶呤联合垂体后叶素用于输卵管妊娠腹腔镜保守手术中的疗效观察

Efficacy of methotrexate combined with pituitrin in laparoscopic conservative surgery for tubal pregnancy

目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤联合垂体后叶素用于输卵管妊娠腹腔镜保守手术中的疗效。方法:收治行腹腔镜保守手术治疗的输卵管妊娠患者120例,随访分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用甲氨蝶呤,观察组采用甲氨蝶呤联合垂体后叶素,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甲氨蝶呤联合垂体后叶素用于输卵管妊娠腹腔镜保守手术中的疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of methotrexate combined with pituitrin in laparoscopic conservative surgery for tubal pregnancy.Methods:120 patients with tubal pregnancy treated with laparoscopic conservative surgery were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with methotrexate.The observation group was treated with methotrexate combined with pituitrin.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the treatment effect was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of methotrexate combined with pituitrin in laparoscopic conservative surgery for tubal pregnancy was significant.
