腰硬联合麻醉与单纯硬膜外麻醉在阴式子宫全切术中的效果比较

Effect comparison of combined spinal epidural anesthesia and simple epidural anesthesia in vaginal total hysterectomy

目的:总结腰硬联合麻醉与单纯硬膜外麻醉在阴式子宫全切术中的效果。方法:收治阴式子宫全切手术患者100例,按照麻醉方案不同分为两组。试验组给予腰硬联合麻醉,参照组给予硬膜外麻醉,对比两组患者的麻醉效果以及收缩压、舒张压变化、并发症。结果:试验组患者麻醉效果优于参照组(P<0.05);两组患者血压均有所降低,试验组下降明显(P<0.05)。结论:腰硬联合麻醉效果显著,是理想的麻醉方案。

Objective:To summarize the effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia and simple epidural anesthesia in vaginal total hysterectomy.Methods:100 patients with vaginal total hysterectomy were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the different anesthetic schemes.The experimental group was given combined spinal epidural anesthesia.The reference group was given epidural anesthesia.The anesthesia effects and systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure changes,complications were compared between groups.Results:The anesthesia effect of the experimental group was better than that of thereference group(P<0.05).The blood pressure of the patients in the two groups were reduced,and the experimental group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined spinal epidural anesthesia has a significant effect.It is an ideal anesthetic scheme.
