稳心颗粒结合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常患者的疗效观察

Curative effect of Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease arrhythmia

目的:讨稳心颗粒结合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常的疗效。方法:收治冠心病心律失常患者110例,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用美托洛尔治疗,试验组采用稳心颗粒结合美托洛尔治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组总有效率为96.4%,显著高于对照组的78.2%(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒结合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常的疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease arrhythmia.Methods:110 patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with metoprolol.The experimental group was treated by Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In theexperimental group,the total effective rate of 96.4% was higher than 78.2% of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease arrhythmia was significant,and the security was high.
