健脑愈瘫汤用于脑梗死后遗症患者治疗中的临床效果

Clinical effect exploration of Jiannao Yutan decoction in the treatment of patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction

目的:探讨健脑愈瘫汤用于脑梗死后遗症患者治疗中的临床效果。方法:收治脑梗死后遗症患者80例,根据治疗方式分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予健脑愈瘫汤治疗,比较两组日常生活功能、运动功能。结果:观察组治疗后ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后肢体功能恢复优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脑愈瘫汤治疗脑梗死后遗症患者可明显提高疗效。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Jiannao Yutan decoction in the treatment of patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction.Methods:80 cases of patients with sequela of cerebral infarction were divided into two groups according to the treatment mode.The control group was given routine treatment.The observation group was treated with Jiannao Yutan decoction based on the control group.The daily life function,motor function of the two groups were compared.Results:The ADL score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The recovery of limb function in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiannao Yutan decoction in the treatment of patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction could improve the curative effect significantly.
