五虎汤合葶苈大枣泄肺汤治疗肺炎喘嗽痰热闭肺证患儿的临床观察

Clinical observation of Wuhu decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction in the treatment of children with pneumonia cough and accumulation of phlegm-heat syndrome

目的:探讨五虎汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤治疗肺炎喘嗽痰热闭肺证患儿的疗效。方法:收治肺炎喘嗽痰热闭肺证患儿126例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予五虎汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤治疗,比较两组退热时间、肺部啰音消失时间、住院时间和临床疗效。结果:治疗组肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、退热时间、平均住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:五虎汤合葶苈大枣泄肺汤治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽痰热闭肺证疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Wuhu decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction in the treatment of children with pneumonia cough and accumulation of phlegm-heat syndrome.Methods:126 cases of children with pneumonia cough and accumulation of phlegm-heat syndrome were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment group was treated with Wuhu decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction based on the control group.The pyretolysis time,pulmonary rales disappeared time,hospitalization time and curative effect between groups were compared.Results:The pyretolysis time,pulmonary rales disappeared time,average hospitalization time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of thetreatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Wuhu decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction in the treatment of children with pneumonia cough and accumulation of phlegm-heat syndrome had significant curative effect.
