中西药物治疗慢性妇科炎症的临床效果比较

Comparison of the clinical effect of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic gynecological inflammation

目的:探讨中西药治疗慢性妇科炎症的临床效果。方法:120例慢性妇科炎症患者随机分为对照组与观察组各60例,对照组给予西药治疗,观察组给予中西药联合治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者症状积分及体征积分均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的78.33%(P<0.05)。结论:中西药治疗慢性妇科炎症能够有效缓解患者临床症状,提高治疗效果,改善患者预后。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic gynecological inflammation.Methods:120 patients with chronic gynecological inflammation were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each.The control group was given western medicine treatment.The observation group was given Chinese and western medicine combined treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the symptom scores and physical scores of two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total treatment effective rate of the observation group was 95%,which was significantly higher than 78.33% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese and western medicine in the treatment ofchronic gynecological inflammation can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the treatment effect,improve the prognosis of patients.
